VCFA Group, a pioneer in the secondary private equity industry, today announced the appointment of Kevin Monroe, Managing Director, to lead capital formation and investor relations. The addition of a dedicated senior capital formation executive aligns with VCFA’s strategic initiative to scale its platform and capitalize on the growth of the venture capital and growth equity secondary markets.
Kraken, the crypto exchange preparing for an initial public offering (IPO), recorded a 33 per cent jump in its 2025 revenue to more than $2.2 billion, which, according to the company, was driven by “broad-based performance across trading and asset-based businesses.”
Of the total revenue, about 47 per cent came from trading activities, while the remaining 53 per cent came from asset-based activities and other sources.
Tokenization firm Securitize has filed a public registration statement with the SEC, moving forward with plans to go public through a merger with Cantor Fitzgerald-backed black check company Cantor Equity Partners II (CEPT). In the Wednesday filing, the company reported $55.6 million in revenue for the first nine months of 2025, an 841% increase from the same period in 2024. Full-year 2024 revenue came in at $18.8 million, more than double that of the year before.
